Booking Terms of Service
By booking a session with Beauty for Ashes Sound Sanctuary, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Rescheduling & Cancellations: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.
Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and begin your experience on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for time.
Health & Safety: Please inform us before your session if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, sound sensitivity, recent surgery, or any medical condition that may require accommodations.
Nature of Services: Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice intended to support relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, diagnosis, or treatment. Please continue to follow the guidance of your licensed healthcare providers.
Personal Responsibility: Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for listening to your body and communicating any discomfort during your session.
Photography & Media: Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during public events for educational or promotional purposes. We will always respect your privacy, and you may let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
Right to Refuse Service: Beauty for Ashes Sound Sanctuary reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
