Beauty for Ashes Sound Sanctuary is excited about our new partnership with Full Steam Ahead Early Childhood Education Center in Lakewood, California! ☺️ Full Steam Ahead is a trauma-informed, mental health early childhood educational center that understands the importance of nurturing the whole child.
In our upcoming Caregiver & Me Sound Bath, we will gently explore nervous system regulation through sound, breath, and connection. This won’t just be a calming experience for the children but an opportunity to co-create safety, attunement, and rest in real time within a safe loving space. 🥰
Through crystal singing bowls, soft chimes, and playful, grounding practices, caregivers and children will learn what it feels like to move out of a stressful state into a more settled, connected state. Because self-regulation is not something children master alone… it is learned, shared, and felt within the contexts of safe relationships.
This offering is a part of my ongoing intergenerational healing work to support families in building rhythms of rest, presence, and emotional safety that ripple far beyond the session.
